articulate the value of home care services clearly and confidently. - Proven Success in Sales: at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, home care, or related field.

- Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, assisted‑living communities, and other healthcare providers to generate leads.
- Deliver exceptional presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing follow‑up and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Education:
bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred. - Experience:

exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, networking and relationship building. - Tech‑Savvy: experience with Salesforce/Canva and familiarity with Southwest Valley area is a plus.
