The Role
The Front Desk Sales Associate will assist the General Manager with new membership sales. Responsibilities include bringing in new members, booking Intro Classes, assisting with member retention, maintaining studio cleanliness, and handling customer queries.

We are hiring both full and part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Ability to empathize with customers and recognize underlying needs
• Sales experience required
• Interest in fitness, health, wellness preferred
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Club Ready software and computer skills
• Ability to sit and stand for 8 hours

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales processes
• Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and understanding client needs
• Promote the club’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present services to current and prospective members
• Book appointments to meet sales quotas
• Participate in community events to promote the club
