• Provide customer service and carry out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; working environments may vary by client site.

• At least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by law.
• Consideration of applicants with criminal histories consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws may apply.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
