Lead Field Equipment Technician

Please note:
Interviews, drug testing and 1 week of training will be conducted in Gilbert, AZ

• We are looking for a Lead Technician that can work out in the field supporting one of our high priority customers with HVAC/pump and related component and equipment installations, troubleshooting, service, and repair.
• Training will be onsite (Gilbert Facility) and then the technician will work offsite at customer location (West Phoenix/ Goodyear) after training.
• The Lead Technician will lead a small team responsible for installing and replacing pumps and related equipment onsite at customer location.
• Responsible for documenting work performed according to SOP's.
• Responsible for adhering to all safety standards and regulations.

• 5+yrs of related experience installing, repairing, servicing, troubleshooting, and replacing HVAC pumps, water pumps, other types of pumps, or related equipment
• Some experience in a leadership role and exposure to leading small teams.
• AS degree in Engineering or related field preferred (not required)
• Certifications desired (not required)
