Associate, Warehouse Operations (Loader) 2nd shift
The Associate, Warehouse Operations (Loader) is responsible for receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping products while ensuring safety and quality. This role operates warehouse equipment, manages inventory, and supports a temperature‑controlled environment (Dry, Cooler, Freezer).
Pay & Shift- Shift Days:
Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday - Shift Time: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (2nd shift)
- Hourly Pay: $20.75 – $23.50 (after 60‑day probation $23.25)
- Weekends Add‑On: $2.00 per weekend shift
- Shift Differential: $1.00 after 7:00 PM
- Freezer Differential: $3.00 additional

- Accurately receive, stow, pick, pack, and ship shipments.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and update the Warehouse Management System.
- Build pallets to meet customer guidelines.
- Support continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain attendance and uphold safety standards.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in food distribution or warehouse work.
- Experience operating powered warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, stock picker, etc.).
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, day shifts, and overnight schedules.
- Strong communication skills with internal customers and management.
- Ability to follow warehouse safety practices and work independently while contributing to a team.
MUST be able to lift and move 30‑40 pounds repeatedly, up to 1,000 times per day, and larger items up to 75 pounds less frequently. Must be able to stand, walk, climb, and sit for extended periods in temperatures ranging from (–10 °F to 35 °F) and in varying weather conditions.
