The Role:As Project Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- General administration
- Coordinating engineers and field-based staff
- Managing schedules and documentation
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
- Supporting invoicing and financial administration
- Maintaining accurate records
- Previous administration or coordination experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent IT skills (excel/systems)
- HVAC, construction or engineering experience
- SIMPRO knowledge
- Commercial awareness
- Experience supporting remote engineers
- Finance or accounts administration experience
Salary up £28k
