As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for someone to add creative support to our Marketing team at our Head Office, Cowick Hall on at temporary, fixed-term contract for 12 months.

We’reseeking a creative who can take ideas from brief to finished asset and make them shine across multiple channels.
- Degree qualified in marketing or a relevant subject, or equivalent industry experience
- Versatile experience across both visual and written content, with a strong portfoliodemonstratingcreative thinking across channels and formats.
- Confident taking a brief, asking the right questions, and delivering engaging, on-brand creative.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
- Able to adapt copy and visuals to suit each platform and format.
- Clear understanding of file formats, platform specifications, and how to optimise assets for maximum impact.
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end while collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Highly organised, with strong project management skills to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understands what drives awareness, engagement, and strong calls to action.
- Maintains disciplined file, version, and asset management.
- Curious and adaptable, eager to learn new tools and technologies as required.
This role is about shaping how our business is seen, heard, and remembered. You’ll have ownership of your work and the chance to make a real impact, delivering creative that resonates across sectors and regions.
