• Executing on planned margins and contributed value, managing work orders, maintenance history, and authorising additional work while ensuring cost control and compliance
• Working closely with a supportive, hands‑on team that values your input
• Managing vendor pricing, warranty claims, trailer reservations, tyre management, rebill processes, and reporting customer‑related data for margin improvement and contract reviews

• Good customer care and communication skills with a professional telephone manner
• A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work
• A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we like a laugh too
