Pay Rate: £88 – £110 per day

GSL Education are seeking a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to work within a secondary SEMH setting in the Goole area, supporting pupils who display challenging behaviour and require consistent adult support.

The school provides a highly structured environment focused on behaviour improvement, engagement and personal development. Clear expectations and strong routines underpin daily learning.

• Support pupils with behavioural challenges
• Assist with behaviour management strategies
• Encourage positive conduct and engagement
• Support pupils during lessons and transitions
• Maintain a safe and structured learning environment

• Experience in behaviour or SEMH support
• Strong understanding of behaviour strategies
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
