Family Law Solicitor Scunthorpe or Goole 5+ PQE Hybrid working

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a well-established and growing regional law firm. This role is suited to a solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE who is confident managing a varied private family caseload and is looking to play a key role in a growing, supportive team in Goole or Scunthorpe.

The Role
You will handle a broad range of privately funded family matters, with a strong focus on financial remedy work and private children cases. You will have autonomy over your caseload while also benefiting from collaboration, administrative support, and a steady flow of quality instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a mixed caseload of private family matters
• Advising on divorce and separation
• Handling financial settlements and asset division
• Dealing with private children arrangements and disputes
• Supporting business development and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ years' PQE in Family Law
• Strong experience in financial remedy and private children work
• Confident running files independently
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercially aware and team-oriented
