Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7.00am - 15.30pm

Our client specialises in the cultivation and distribution of high-quality flowers. We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Flower Pickers to join our team during the peak season.

As a Flower Picker, you will be responsible for harvesting flowers, ensuring they meet quality standards, and preparing them for distribution. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of our products and supporting our operations.

• Harvest flowers according to company guidelines.
• Inspect flowers for quality and discard any that do not meet standards.
• Handle flowers carefully to avoid damage.
• Prepare flowers for packaging and distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
