Graduate Ecommerce Merchandiser

We're looking for a Graduate Ecommerce Merchandiser to join us on that journey.

What you'll be doing This is a fantastic opportunity to start your Ecommerce career and gain hands-on experience in online merchandising.

You'll learn how products are presented across our websites, work with a range of teams across the business, and use data and customer insights to help improve the online shopping experience and support business performance. Support the day-to-day management of product placement across our websites, ensuring products are correctly categorised and easy for customers to find. Assist with maintaining site navigation, category pages and search functionality to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Help monitor product availability and work with Merchandising teams to identify stock-related opportunities and challenges. Collaborate with Ecommerce, Buying, Merchandising and Marketing teams to support trading activity and campaign launches. Support the creation and maintenance of product categories, attributes and on-site merchandising rules. Use website data and customer insights to help identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. Carry out website checks to ensure product information, navigation and search results remain accurate and relevant.

Support the wider Ecommerce team with projects and initiatives, gaining valuable experience across online trading and merchandising. We're looking for someone who Has recently completed a relevent degree or further education in eCommerce. Has a genuine interest in how customers shop online and what makes a great digital shopping experience. Enjoys working with data and is keen to learn how insights can be used to drive business performance.

Has good Excel skills and is comfortable working with numbers, reports and spreadsheets. Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Is organised, able to manage multiple tasks and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
