Your Mission

As a Team Leader, you will own the quality and the relationships. You won't just be checking boxes; you’ll be:

• The Quality Guardian: Acting as the ultimate checker for client deliverables, ensuring everything is HMRC-ready and compliant.
• The Relationship Lead: Being the proactive voice our SME clients rely on—spotting opportunities to help them grow before they even ask.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Credentials: ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CTA or significant practice experience in statutory accounts and tax.
• The Leadership Spark: Experience managing a team (or the clear hunger to start) and a knack for hitting performance targets.
