Van Driver - Multi Drop Courier —
Howden | Immediate Start | Temp to Perm Opportunity

The Best Connection Ltd are recruiting on behalf of our client, a global leader in logistics and aviation freight transport, with a depot based in Howden serving the East & North Yorkshire and Humberside regions.

We are currently seeking experienced Van Drivers / Multi-Drop Couriers for an immediate start. This is an ongoing role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

• Multi-drop parcel delivery (80-100 parcels per day)
• Loading and unloading your own vehicle
• Driving both short and long wheelbase vans
• Working in a fast-paced delivery environment

• Previous multi-drop courier or fast-paced van delivery experience
• Ability to deliver 80-100 parcels daily
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 minor penalty points
• No DR, DD, CD, TT or IN10 endorsements
• Over 21 years of age (insurance purposes)
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
• Able to provide 5 years of checkable work and address history
• Willing to undergo a DBS check prior to starting (cost covered by us)

Please note:

Applicants with unspent criminal convictions will not be considered.

• £14.25 per hour - First 45 hours per week
• £21.38 per hour - After 45 hours

This is a PAYE role.
