The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry‑leading client based in the Goole area. We are looking for multiple Warehouse Operatives to join the team.

THIS ROLE IS A PERMENANT POSITION FOR THE CORRECT CANDIDATE!

Hours:

Monday to Friday, weekends available - 12/1am start!
Pay Rate: £12.21

• Sort and organise incoming parcels accurately and efficiently based on designated routes and destinations.
• Operate conveyor belts, scanners, and other equipment to facilitate the sorting process.
• Ensure proper labelling and categorisation of parcels to prevent errors in delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
• Identify damaged parcels and follow company protocols for proper handling and documentation.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, optimising space utilisation.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
