Gemeente Hof van Twente zoekt een Specialistisch WOZ Taxateur om taxaties voor courante en incourante niet-woningen uit te voeren binnen een gemeentelijke context. Je werkt nauw samen met juridische en fiscale collega's en levert ondersteuning bij verweerschriften en beroepszaken.
De functie vereist HBO-niveau, minimaal 5 jaar gemeentelijke ervaring en kennis van de NSW en VRiS. Start beschikbaar uiterlijk 1 oktober 2026; hybride werken is mogelijk; de werkweek is 11 uren.
