• Acquire accounts and manage information for:
  Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) - SIPR and NIPR for updates of the description of Naval Video Services capabilities. Maintain adherence to Navy standards and requests of governing entities. Update function and certification. Update equipment Hardware and Software lists as required to keep new and obsolete components accurate.
• Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM) - SIPR and NIPR for vulnerability scan results and count accuracy. Report vulnerabilities, discrepancies and deviation from normal result.
• Ports, Protocol and Services Management (PPSM) - SIPR and NIPR for communicating with the PPSM National Registry to report and update all port and boundary documents information for the Naval Video Services enclave.
• Department of the Navy Applications and Database Management System (DADMS) - Manage Naval Video Services function and certification. Keep current all software/firmware registries for all network equipment. Perform Last Date Allowed (LDA), New and Associated request for DADMS review and acceptance.
• Review new equipment, acquire operations manuals, and communicate issues to management.
• Prepare and maintain all drawings and product/software list to gain acceptance from Navy Fleet Readiness Control Board (FRCB) and Risk Management Framework (RMF). Good general knowledge of Visio, Excel, Adobe, and Intellidocs.
• Windows Server OS experience.
• Provided oversight and troubleshoot for collaboration events and equipment as needed.
