Program Summary

K  maintains and manages Army prepositioned stocks at the Army Field Support Battalion – Charleston (AFSBn-CHS) land site to include all logistics and maintenance operations. The K  APS‑3 Program is managed and executed at Goose Creek in support of the Army’s power projection doctrine and resources. The contract provides maintenance of APS‑3 stocks (Class II, IIIP, IV, VII, IX) to ensure that unit sets are configured and maintained at optimal readiness.

K  also provides maintenance services and logistical support for other Army programs, IAW individual scope of work contract requirements.

Job Summary

K  is seeking an experienced Power Apps Platform Developer to work on‑site in Goose Creek, SC. This position develops, maintains, and optimizes our database systems. It collaborates across K ’s department managers and section supervisors, and the US Government (K ’s customer). This role requires proficiency in Power Apps. Proficiency in Microsoft Access, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Excel is beneficial.

The position reports to the Business Manager. This position is not remote.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, and optimize software applications using Power Apps and Power

    BI.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure data integrity and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues by performing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Power Apps Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps to streamline processes and improve productivity.
SharePoint List Management
  • Create, maintain, and update SharePoint lists to support business processes and data management.
Dataverse Management
  • Maintain and manage tables within Microsoft Dataverse, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
Data Transfer and Query Management
  • Conduct data transfers using queries to ensure accurate and efficient data migration and integration.
Power Automate Flow Development
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to optimize business processes.
Business Process Automation
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Excel and Power Query
  • Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets, utilizing Power Query to manage and analyze data effectively.
Documentation and One Note Management
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on databases, processes, and procedures using One Note.
Basic Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Power Apps is required. Certifications and past work experience demonstrate proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Access, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power

    BI, Power Automate, and Excel is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of data management, database design, and data integrity principles.
  • Possess skills necessary to collaborate with the team: organized, team player, skilled communicator.
  • Ability to problem‑solve and apply attention to detail.
  • Possess a valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain local base access.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable Common Access Card (CAC) issuance.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand for 1 to 2 hours per day.
  • Walk for 1 to 2 hours per day.
  • Lift up to 10 lbs periodically.
  • Occasionally work outside and in non‑climate‑controlled environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with Power Query and other data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with business process automation and workflow design.
  • Knowledge of best practices for database security and performance optimization.
