About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with 1st and 2nd shift hours available and the chance to build your skills across multiple types of equipment.

• Operate machines such as CNC press brakes, lasers, saws, cutting tables, and machining centers
• Set up equipment, load materials, and follow production instructions
• Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools to inspect parts
• Rotate between different workstations based on daily production needs
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE and safety standards

• 2–4 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and follow blueprints and work instructions
• Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Comfortable working in a shop environment (heat, noise, heavy materials)
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and a team player

• $22.50/hr with 12% shift differential for 2nd shift
