Envolve Client Services Group owns and professionally manages apartment communities located throughout the southeastern United States. We are a company whose success is measured by our residents' satisfaction in creating apartment homes and community that are great places to be.

We are recruiting friendly, self‑motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed to join our growing company. We are currently searching for a Full‑Time Leasing Consultant to work at Hallmark at Timber Lake located in Goose Creek, SC.

General Purpose of the Position

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for daily coordination of all leasing aspects of on‑site operations at the community and will also assist the Area Manager and other Community Managers in special leasing projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Maintain current and accurate knowledge of all available apartments.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the surrounding market and submit required reports.
  • Maintain and inspect leasing and model areas to ensure a professional, clean appearance.
  • Accurately complete Weekly Traffic Reports and Weekly Activity Reports.
  • Process rental applications and lease packages accurately.
  • Greet and assist all prospective residents.
  • Demonstrate all model amenities and vacant apartments professionally.
  • Assist in renewing expired leases at rates approved by the Community Manager and Area Manager.
  • Accurately record and respond to resident requests.
  • Complete move‑in paperwork requirements accurately.
  • Assist residents in inspecting their new apartment home.
  • Assist the Manager in implementing resident renewal and retention programs.
  • Assist the Assistant Manager with rent collection requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, within the employee’s capabilities.
Education & Work Experience Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • Customer Service or previous Property Management experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.

Rate: $20.00
