Shift Manager

McDonald’s (franchisee) – the franchisee is the employer under the McDonald’s licensing arrangement.

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets.
• Perform tasks such as food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, crew management, quality food production, customer service, scheduling, and training.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Strong communication and crew‑management skills.
