We are seeking a Plumbing Apprentice to join our team and embark on a hands-on learning experience under the supervision of an experienced plumber. This role is designed to equip apprentices with the skills and knowledge needed to become fully qualified plumbing technicians.

Job Summary
As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will assist technicians with job completion while developing hands-on plumbing skills. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized shop and truck, learning essential plumbing techniques, and preparing to transition into a plumbing technician role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist plumbers with repairs, installations, and troubleshooting plumbing systems.
- Learn plumbing fundamentals, including blueprints, pipe fittings, and local plumbing codes.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision, such as unclogging drains, replacing pipes, and fixing leaks.
- Support new plumbing system installations in construction, remodeling, or upgrade projects.
- Maintain tools, ensuring they are clean, organized, and readily available.
- Follow safety procedures, wear protective gear, and comply with industry safety standards.
- Document work details, including repairs completed, materials used, and time spent on jobs.
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.

- At least one year of plumbing industry experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift/carry 50+ pounds as needed.
- Prolonged periods of bending, kneeling, pulling, and pushing during work tasks.
- Hands-on training to develop valuable plumbing skills.
