Lead HVAC Installer

What You’ll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
• Design, fabricate, and repair ductwork systems
• Identify proper materials and quantities for each project
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-serviced company vehicle
• Represent Plumb Pro+ with professionalism and courtesy at every job site

What You Bring

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA certification
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work overtime and be on-call as needed
• A professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
