We are looking for a dedicated HVAC Service Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate commercial HVAC systems in Central and Southern Maine. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, respond promptly to service requests, and effectively communicate with clients and teammates. • Maintain and inspect commercial HVAC units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system faults.
• Repair and replace HVAC components and parts.
• Operate and test HVAC systems for performance and safety.
• Provide on‑site customer support and training.
• Respond to emergency service calls at short notice.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate logs.

• Commercial HVAC systems experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Gas and Universal Refrigeration Licenses required.
