Great Falls Construction is seeking experienced Carpenter Technicians to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll construct, install, and repair wood and wood-related structures for both commercial and residential projects, contributing to all phases of construction—from framing to finish work. We’re looking for individuals who are motivated to contribute to project success while growing their skills in a supportive, fun, and community-driven environment.

- Follow all safety rules, regulations, and the company safety program
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and plans to determine project layout, dimensions, and materials
- Perform carpentry tasks across all phases of construction:
- Framing: build structural frameworks, walls, and subfloors
- Rough carpentry: install rough door/window frames, temporary supports, and structural components
- Finish work: install flooring, trim, cabinets, fixtures, doors, windows, and hardware
- Measure, cut, and shape materials using appropriate tools
- Verify accuracy and levelness of structures
- Erect scaffolding or ladders for elevated work
- Anchor, brace, and assemble frameworks using nails, bolts, rods, cables, and other materials
- Repair or replace damaged structures or components
- Communicate and collaborate professionally with supervisors, subcontractors, and crew members
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Perform additional duties as needed to support business needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A strong drive for action and results; comfort working in a fast-paced, focused environment
- Working knowledge of basic math (arithmetic, algebra, geometry)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs individually and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Access to personal hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
