About the role
Damen Civil & Modular Constructions, part of the Damen Group, is seeking a Project Manager Engineering to coordinate engineering deliverables for shipbuilding and modular construction projects worldwide.
Responsibilities- Monitor engineering deliverables and ensure all project deadlines are met and stay within budget.
- Support project managers with technical queries.
- Manage internal and third‑party engineering teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Advise on building strategies and design.
- Ensure quality of engineering output and proper documentation.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Shipbuilding, Maritime or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with 3D software such as Rhino, AutoCAD and Solidworks.
- Strong technical background and solid project‑management skills.
- Good command of English;
Dutch language knowledge is a plus.
