Jack’s Casino zoekt een floormanager die zorgt dat alles op de casinovloer soepel verloopt. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig, geeft het goede voorbeeld en laat gasten zich welkom voelen. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega’s en onze gasten.
Eventuele vragen of uitdagingen los jij snel op. Je coacht het team tijdens de dienst, motiveert collega’s en bewaakt de kwaliteit van onze gastvrijheid. Daarnaast houd je in de gaten of alles volgens de juiste procedures verloopt en ons casino altijd volledig
