Je combineert coaching met procesoptimalisatie en stemt af met andere afdelingen. Een VAPRO B-diploma is vereist, plus ervaring in een voedingsmiddelenomgeving en HACCP/GMP+. Een BHV-certificaat is een pluspunt.
