The Digital Workforce Team is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Support Officer to support the ongoing delivery of the Digital Workforce Programme - focusing particularly within our eRoster and Temporary Staffing Team.

The Programme is ever changing, fast paced and high profile, which means we are looking to expand our team with a dynamic and proactive individual who has a proven track record in an administrative support role.
You must have excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
If you have the ability to be proactive, organised and work alongside a variety of stakeholders then we'd love to hear from you.
About usAs a Digital Workforce (eRoster/Temporary Staffing) Support Officer you will be given the opportunity to learn about eRoster & Temporary Staffing. Duties include managing the day day operations within the office, taking phone calls and providing support to our dynamic and hard working bank staff as well as working closely with clinical and corporate colleagues.

Person Specification Education and Qualifications- Good standard of higher education, including GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English Language
- Level 3 qualification in Administration or Project Management
- Experience of providing a service to customers
- Experience of using electronic systems
- Experience of working in a team
- Previous IT experience supporting project implementation
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of media
