An exciting new job has arisen for a Mechanical Engineer, based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk to design, develop, and optimise precision jigs, fixtures, and tooling to support the manufacturing of microelectronic components.

• Produce high quality conceptual and detailed designs for jigs, fixtures, nests, alignment systems, and handling tools.
• Use Solid Works and Creo for 3D modelling, assemblies, simulations, and fully defined engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in Solid Works, Creo or similar, with the ability to create detailed drawings and manufacturing packs.

This is for a company that specialise in the design and manufacture of secure communication devices for predominantly the defence and aerospace sectors.
