Accounts Clerk; part time

Position: Accounts Clerk (part time)
PART Time - Accounts/Finance role

My professional and caring client are looking to recruit!

20 hours per week £28,000k - £30,000k pro rata DOE

Flexible with days

Salary will depend on skills and experience

You MUST BE AAT level 3 or above with 2 years plus work experience or qualified by experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage and maintain the financial systems, including the preparation of annual budgets and accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with required standards

* Collate monthly wages information and process payments (PAYE)

* Administer the pension scheme

* Invoicing

* Credit control

* General Administration duties

Could this be you:

- AAT Level 3 qualification or equivalent

At least two years relevant experience of finance administration, proven budget setting and payroll experience

Working knowledge of accounting systems and finance software

Strong numerical skills and a high level of accuracy

The ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative

Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work

Excellent problem solving ability alongside strong organisational skills

Ability to prioritise and deal effectively with a busy workload

Strong MS Office Skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
