We are looking for skilled Bank Nurses to join the James Paget Hospital. The nurse will assess basic and specialist care needs of patients and implement care plans without direct supervision.

• Assess basic and specialist care needs of patients and.he implement care plans without direct supervision.
• Responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care programmes.
• Ensure that agreed standards of nursing practice within the ward or department area are maintained.
• Ensure that പ്രവര് all Trust, Divisional and Ward/Department Health & Safety Policies are adhered to.
• Maintain personal contact with patients, other health care disciplines, relatives and visitors.
• Provide mentorship support to new staff and student nurses.
• Undertake enhanced roles following necessary training, e.g. IV drug administration, ECG recording.
• Ensure safe custody and administration of drugs in accordance with Trust policy.
