Are you an experienced receptionist or customer service professional looking for your next contract opportunity? A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking a Workplace Host in Swansea to provide high-quality front-of-house support within a busy workplace environment.

• Greet and check in visitors, maintaining a professional reception presence.
• Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, room setups and basic AV requirements.
• Support administrative tasks, record keeping and visitor logs.
• Follow site security, access control and health and safety procedures.
• Work closely with facilities teams to support smooth day-to-day site operations.

• Previous reception, front-of-house or customer service experience
  .
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional and confident approach when dealing with visitors and colleagues.
• Basic IT skills, including email and calendar management.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Previous Facilities Management or workplace experience would be advantageous.
• Right to work in the UK and availability for contract work.

• £16.91 per hour
