We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced VDA to join a leading bodyshop in the Swansea area. This business is a well‑established and growing repair group with multiple successful locations across the UK and a strong reputation for quality repairs and looking after staff.

• Inspect damaged vehicles, assess the full extent of damage, repair costs, and timescales
• Identify the correct prescribed repair method and ensure accurate documentation
• Prepare computerised and manual estimates, keeping up‑to‑date records of all work
• Liaise with insurance companies to gain repair authorisations and confirm repair costs
• Communicate effectively with customers, engineers and technicians to ensure correct repair methodology is followed
• Ensure all amendments to repairs are authorised by insurers
• Work closely with bodyshop staff to ensure prescribed repair methods are carried out correctly

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator
• Audatex experience is essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to work efficiently in a busy, professional accident repair environment
