Swansea, Pontarddulais area. Start ASAP. Approx. 4 weeks remaining. Rate: £280 per shift, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.
Role OverviewBee Construction, trading as Site Managers, is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Site Manager to join an existing live project in the Swansea area.
Responsibilities- Oversee sprinkler related works on site
- Work alongside pipe fitters and racking contractors
- Manage health and safety on site
- Prepare daily reports and site paperwork
- Keep the programme moving
- Communicate with the client and wider site team effectively
- Take over from the current Site Manager through a short handover period
- SMSTS certification
- First Aid certification
- CSCS card
- Previous experience as a Site Manager
- Experience managing subcontractors and site paperwork
- Good communication skills and the ability to take over a live site confidently
- Sprinkler experience
- Racking or warehouse project experience
- Black CSCS Card
