The successful Cover Supervisor will deliver pre‑planned lessons, keep students engaged in learning, maintain excellent classroom management and ensure a positive and productive learning environment throughout the school day.

• Experience working with secondary school aged students
• Strong classroom management skills
• The confidence to deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, proactive and adaptable attitude
• A genuine passion for supporting young people in their education
