Teacher Active is proud to be working with a secondary school in Swansea who are looking to appoint a School Administrator. The school is seeking an organised and approachable individual who can provide effective administrative support within a busy secondary school environment.

The School Administrator position is available across a range of contract types, with opportunities for short-term, long-term, part-time and full-time work.

The successful School Administrator will support with data entry, communications, phone calls and emails, helping to ensure the smooth running of the school office.

• Strong administrative and organisational skills

• Experience working within a school setting is desirable but not essential

• Good data entry skills with excellent attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Confidence handling telephone calls and emails

• A professional, reliable and approachable attitude
