Teacher Active is working with a mainstream Primary School in Swansea to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis. The role involves supporting children within a busy classroom, helping them stay engaged with learning and managing behaviour positively.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a primary setting, strong behaviour management and communication skills, and a patient, resilient approach. Salary is £14.25 per hour and the school offers ongoing CPD opportunities.
