Adult Learning Disability Support Worker - Swansea

A reputable social care provider in Swansea is seeking dedicated and compassionate Adult Learning Disability Support Workers to join their team. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver therapeutic support and care to residents with complex needs
  • Observe, monitor, and accurately record residents' conditions
  • Support individuals through their care pathways to promote independence
  • Treat all residents with dignity, compassion, and honesty
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working within a social care environment
  • Empathetic, caring, resilient, and committed to safeguarding
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to fund practical training (e.g., manual handling, Buccal, PBM) if not already completed
  • Willingness to undertake free online training modules
