Located in the heart of the local community, Specsavers Gorseinon is a busy and well‑established optical and hearing centre dedicated to delivering outstanding customer care and clinical excellence. Situated on Alexandra Road in Gorseinon, Swansea, the store offers a wide range of eye health and hearing services, supported by modern technology and a passionate, customer‑focused team. The store features five test rooms, enabling the team to deliver high‑quality clinical care while supporting a consistently strong customer experience.

The store benefits from excellent public transport links, including regular local bus services connecting Gorseinon with Swansea, Llanelli and surrounding areas. For those travelling by car, free parking is available nearby.

• £12.91 per hour
• Part Time – 30 hours per week, including working a weekend day

Some of the responsibilities of this role include:

• Welcoming customers into store
• Booking in eye tests
• Pre‑screening patients
• Providing style advice
• Measuring frames
• Taking phone calls
