ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Process accounts payable invoices and learn an intricate accounting system
Process equipment R&M, shop, plant, and rental invoices for payment
Support, reconcile, and audit the maintenance scheduling and location assignment system.
Additional duties include scanning, filing, or anything else deemed necessary by the equipment office manager and or equipment manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with three (3) or more years of experience within the field of accounting preferred
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Capable of adapting to rapidly changing environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
High degree of attention to detail
Must be a team player
