SUMMARY
This role is positioned at the front desk and is the first point of contact for visitors. Provides administrative support to various departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Track office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean front desk and lobby area
- Assist other departments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior front desk experience required
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated; ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
