Service Technician

Bob Loquercio Auto Group is expanding our high-volume Service Department and is seeking a Service technician who take pride in their work and are committed to quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Perform oil and filter changes and routine maintenance efficiently
  • Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems as assigned
  • Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs
  • Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools as needed
  • Communicate findings and recommendations with Service Advisors
  • Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs
  • Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications
  • Previous automotive service or dealership experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
