ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist with administrative activities for the equipment department, including budgeting, maintaining the capital budget, analyzing income statements, tracking equipment costs, issuing purchase orders, and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Supervise the office’s daily operations, approve accounts payable invoices, manage repairs and maintenance, purchase supplies, and oversee housekeeping.
- Participate in special department projects as needed.
- Perform additional duties as defined by the Area Manager.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting/Business preferred, with 3-5 years of office management and accounting experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
