ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist with administrative activities for the equipment department, including budgeting, maintaining the capital budget, analyzing income statements, tracking equipment costs, issuing purchase orders, and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Supervise the office’s daily operations, approve accounts payable invoices, manage repairs and maintenance, purchase supplies, and oversee housekeeping.
  • Participate in special department projects as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as defined by the Area Manager.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Accounting/Business preferred, with 3-5 years of office management and accounting experience.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
