Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Due to our continued growth, we have BCBA positions available at our Goshen, IN Center.

Virtus Health is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy specializing in services for children diagnosed with Autism or other developmental delays and behavioral diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Create customized individual behavioral treatment plans for each child to achieve individual goals and maximize long‑term results.
• Supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) who work one‑on‑one with clients implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct brief functional behavior assessments to identify client needs.
• Utilize an electronic database to input assessment results, identify appropriate skills/programming, and analyze skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming ongoing for clients.
• Make ongoing data‑driven programming and intervention changes.
• Provide oversight and support to RBTs in accordance with BACB outlined supervision requirements.
• Provide supervision and support to assigned BCBA students/supervises in accordance with BACB supervision standards.
• Develop and implement staff trainings.
• Provide parent training and support.
• Coordinate care with other service providers as needed.
• Develop effective transition plans for clients when appropriate to fade out of services.

Salary

$80,000.00 – $98,000.00 per year (plus bonus/incentive opportunities)

Qualifications

• Passionate about working with children with a sincere desire to make a difference every day.
• Current BCBA credentials.
• Master’s in Behavioral Health or a related field required.
• Stable work history, ideally with 2+ years as a BCBA.
• Outstanding coaching, mentoring, and communication skills required.
• Some physical activity may be required in this role when demonstrating appropriate practices and techniques with team members.
• Must be able to successfully complete a Level Two Background Check.
