Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days Licensure Requirements: ACLS must be AHA

Hours:

7:30 am - 3:30 pmCall from 3:30 pm - 7:30 amCall scheduled: 3 weeknights per month

Supervision:
Anesthesiologist onsite - No supervision

Type of cases required:
High-Acuity Cases - Mostly General, endo, ortho, urology, high-risk OB (including VBACs), GYN, Cancer, Liver. Some Vascular, ENT, Radiology with Anesthesia, Cosmetics, Podiatry, Pulmonary, very light Cardiac (TEE, lungs and major vascular). Blocks: bread and butter blocks, interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, adductor popliteal & TAPS. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals Number of ORs: 8
