Eventus Whole Health delivers an integrated model of care to adults who reside in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants and in‑house support staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide mental health services in accordance with Eventus Whole Health site‑specific protocols and consistent with the standard of care for the specialty of family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine as it pertains to long‑term care facility work.
- Deliver high‑quality clinical experiences treating patients with all adult psychopathologies.
- Work independently within a psychiatric team of MDs, PMHNPs, NPs, and PAs while receiving supervision from a psychiatrist dedicated to training and mentorship.
- Participate in educational activities such as monthly case conferences, journal reviews, and regular meetings.
- Collaborate with primary‑care providers and psychotherapists within the same company; each patient has a psychotherapist available for up to weekly appointments.
- Partner with a medical assistant for scheduling, charting, and other administrative duties.
- Utilize an integrated EHR for all lines of service.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling to achieve a desired work‑life balance.
- Provide patients the time they need without the constraints of a strict appointment clock.

- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and a current, valid state nursing license. All other certifications necessary for the role must be current and valid.

- Graduation from an accredited physician‑assistant educational program; passed the national certification exam; licensed as a Physician Assistant in the state of residence. Specialization in geriatric, family, or psychiatry desired.
