As the Emergency Assessment Clinician, you will provide overnight coverage at Goshen General Hospital Emergency Department.

• In‑person, professional, competent risk evaluation of mental health needs for adults, teens, and children (2‑hours is the maximum response time).
• Document your work in the hospital’s charting system and if an active Oaklawn client in our EMR.
• Complete an on‑call report for each cycle to share pertinent information and receive proper payment.
• Complete a credentialing process by hospital.
• Complete training in the hospital’s systems, risk assessment tools, safety planning and community resources.
• Attend orientation at the hospital.
• Access to psychiatric consultation and support via the on‑call doctors of Oaklawn.

• LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana required.
• Open to LSW and LMSW as well.
• You must have a current flu shot, COVID vaccine, and TB.
