Job Title
Lead Net Suite Developer
LocationOnsite, Goshen, IN (Relocation assistance available)
Base Pay Range$120,000 – $185,000 per year
Key Responsibilities- Serve as Lead Developer for all Net Suite-related projects and initiatives
- Architect, design, and deploy scalable Net Suite solutions tailored to business needs
- Work closely with department leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements for Net Suite customizations
- Lead and manage a development team focused on Net Suite enhancements and integrations
- Review and write high-quality Suite Script and JavaScript code for Net Suite modules
- Implement Net Suite workflows, Suite
QL queries, and advanced PDF templates - Manage Net Suite development tasks and ensure on-time delivery of features and fixes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Net Suite environment across the stack
- Stay up to date with new Net Suite features and recommend enhancements
- Drive continuous improvement in Net Suite development practices and system performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of Net Suite development experience with strong expertise in Suite
QL, workflows, advanced PDFs, and Suite Commerce (a plus) - Proficient in JavaScript, Suite Script 2.0 and 2.1, HTML, and CSS
- Proven track record as a Lead Developer, leading Net Suite-focused projects or teams
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Deep understanding of Net Suite system architecture and integration techniques
- Knowledge of software design patterns and agile development methodologies
- Ability to mentor and support junior developers in Net Suite development
- Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to solving Net Suite-related issues
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset
- Ability to manage time effectively and lead multiple Net Suite projects
