Keystone RV is seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to support our department with weekly payroll processing for approximately 4,000 employees. This position will also assist our Insurance Coordinator with data entry as needed. You’ll work alongside two other Payroll Clerks to ensure accurate and timely payroll for our Indiana and Oregon production plants. The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently but also thrives in a team environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 800-1,000 employees weekly.

• Strong math and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and follow established procedures
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred (but Not Required) Experience

• ADP Workforce Now
• Payroll experience in a medium to large company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with insurance benefits
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
